Yostrap creates handmade custom leather watch straps for collectors who want a better fit and a more personal finish. Each strap is made to order for your watch and wrist, with your choice of lug width, length, stitching, lining and buckle.
What happens after I order?
We'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your watch model, lug width, wrist size, and any customisation details. Production begins only after everything is verified.
Is it real crocodile leather?
Yes — genuine crocodile leather, not embossed calfskin or synthetic crocodile pattern. The natural scale surface is preserved, which is why the texture is irregular and three-dimensional.
Can I return a custom strap?
Custom-made items are non-refundable. However, if the strap doesn't fit due to an error on our side, we remake it at no cost. We verify all measurements before cutting to prevent this.
How long will it last?
A well-cared-for genuine crocodile leather strap can last for years of regular wear. Condition every 2–3 months with a suitable leather conditioner and keep away from prolonged water exposure.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
What goes into every strap
Outer leather: Genuine crocodile leather with a natural scale pattern
Lining: Soft Italian calfskin lining
Thread: Waxed linen, hand saddle-stitched using the two-needle method
Edges: Hand-bevelled and burnished with beeswax to a smooth, sealed finish
Buckle: 316L stainless steel, polished or brushed finish
Thickness: 3.0–3.5mm at the lug end, tapering to 2.5mm at the tail
Watch compatibility
Compatibility depends on your watch's lug geometry and measurements. Standard spring-bar watches are often suitable; integrated or shaped lugs may require a custom adapter.

How do I know which lug width to order?
Measure the gap between your watch lugs with a ruler or digital caliper. Most watches have it printed on the caseback (e.g. "20mm"). If you're unsure, message us your watch model and we'll confirm.
