The strap itself is excellent full grain leather, clean stitching, well-burnished edges. But what stood out was the communication before production started. They confirmed my lug width and wrist size before cutting anything, which gave me real confidence. Arrived on time and fitted my IWC Pilot perfectly.
Ordered a 24mm with the Panerai lug adapter and it fits the Luminor Marina flush no gaps, no rattle, no awkward overhang. This was my concern going in and it was completely unfounded. The leather is firm but not stiff, and the deployment buckle I chose folds cleanly with a reassuring click. Genuinely impressed.
Compared to straps from European makers I've spent $150C200 on, this holds up easily. The edge burnishing is especially impressive smooth and sealed all the way around, no roughness anywhere. The only minor note is the lead time was 14 days, which is on the longer end of the estimate, but given the result I have zero complaints. Will be a repeat customer.
What I appreciate most is that the colour in person matched the photos exactly. I've been burned before by straps that look different on screen. This one midnight black with white contrast stitching arrived looking precisely like the listing. The alligator grain is tight and even, the lining is soft against the wrist. I wear it on a TAG Heuer Carrera and it looks factory.
I've been collecting watch straps for years and this is genuinely one of the best I've owned. Ordered the cognac brown alligator at 20mm for my Speedmaster Professional. The leather is thick and supple straight out of the box no break-in stiffness at all. The hand stitching is perfectly even, every stitch the same depth and spacing. It arrived in about 12 days and the packaging was simple but careful. Already ordered a second one in black for my Datejust.
I was skeptical ordering a custom strap without seeing it in person. The reality exceeded my expectations. Chocolate brown alligator, 18mm, for a vintage Longines the taper and thickness are just right for the case size. The leather has that dense, substantial feel you only get from full-grain. Highly recommend.
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband who is very particular about his watches. He received it, fitted it to his Rolex Explorer, and said it was one of the best gifts he'd received in years. The cognac patina after a few weeks of wear has become even more beautiful. Well worth it.
