SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Production Time
All orders require a production period of 15 business days before shipping. Please allow sufficient time for your custom-made items to be carefully crafted.
Shipping Time
Once your order is shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 7 business days. Total estimated delivery time (including production) is within 30 days from order placement.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE SHIPPING to all addresses within the United States, excluding specific remote islands and territories. Shipping costs for these excluded areas will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all U.S. states except certain remote islands. If your location is not eligible for free shipping, additional charges will apply and be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for shipping updates. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery progress.
Customs & Duties
For all orders, customers are NOT responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. All applicable charges are covered by us.
Address Changes
Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address CANNOT be modified. If you need to change the shipping address after shipment, additional fees will apply and must be paid by the buyer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please provide proof of loss (such as carrier confirmation). We will take full responsibility and either reship your order or issue a refund. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
